B-Line Express Inc. Announces Release of Flash MX 2004
Charting Components 3.0

COLUMBIA, Md., May 17, 2004 -- B-Line Express Inc. today
announced the release of B-Line Charting Components 3.0.
This latest version of B-Line's project enhancement software
is a major upgrade, and includes expansion and improvements
including:

- Migration to the Flash MX 2004 architecture 
- Four new chart types for a total of fifteen 
- And an increase in the overall flexibility of the 
  component set.

With B-Line Charting Components 3.0, developers will be able
to add advanced charting capabilities to their Flash MX 2004
applications including data binding with Web Services and
XML driven data sources, increased event information for
greater interactivity, and even more style properties for
unsurpassed customizations.

The fifteen charts supported by B-Line's Charting Components
3.0 are:

1. Area Chart
2. Box Chart
3. Bubble Chart
4. Candlestick Chart
5. Clustered Bar Chart
6. Combo Chart (new)
7. Hi-Low Chart
8. Horizontal Clustered Bar Chart (new)
9. Horizontal Stacked Bar Chart (new)
10. Line Chart
11. Pie Chart
12. Scatter Chart
13. Stacked Bar Chart
14. Step Chart (new)
15. Triangle Chart

Notable features added in this release include:

- Enhanced event meta-data
- Eight axis scales plus a custom scaling mechanism
- Rotated and staggered tick mark labels
- Vertical labels that don't require an embedded font
- Optional axes on all four sides of the chart
- The ability to attach the legend to a Movie Clip outside 
  the chart
- Expanded documentation with over 800 pages of information 
  including many larger examples

Availability and Pricing:

B-Line Charting Components 3.0 is available in
single-developer and ten-developer licenses for $295.00 and
$895.00, respectively. The ten-developer license also
includes access to the component source code.
