ARAMARK Parks & Resorts Offers Free Gas To Visitors of Lake Powell Resorts & Marinas

PAGE, Ariz.--May 1, 20041, 2004--ARAMARK Parks & Resorts today announced a new offer that credits travelers for the cost of automotive fuel when traveling by motor vehicle to Lake Powell Resorts & Marinas, America's favorite houseboating destination. The offer applies to individuals traveling from Arizona, California, Utah and Colorado who have reserved a houseboat through Lake Powell Resorts & Marina.

"The price of gas has been projected to reach record-breaking levels for the summer vacation drive season," said Dorothy Dowling, vice president, ARAMARK Parks & Resorts, operator of Lake Powell Resorts & Marinas. "We are offering visitors the opportunity to enjoy a memorable family vacation and credit the money they would have spent on gas toward their houseboat rental."

Visitors will be given up to $200 in fuel credit for their gasoline purchases that will be automatically applied to their houseboating reservation when they book a 59-foot Discovery or Discovery XL houseboat for five or more days through September 30, 2004. To qualify for the fuel credit, the houseboat vacation must be booked by June 30. The fuel credit will be applied toward the houseboat rental and must be validated by gas station receipts upon check-in.

"As a family destination, Lake Powell provides fun lake and land activities for people of all ages," said Dowling. "Current lake levels at Lake Powell are providing even more recreational activities for our visitors and we don't want high gas prices to deter them from visiting."
