RepairOne Wins Top Shop Web Honors as Best on the Web by Automotive Service Leaders

BOWLING GREEN, Ky., May 4, 2004 -- Automotive Service Leaders announces that RepairOne received Top Shop on the Web honors. After reviewing hundreds of independent automotive repair service center web sites, RepairOne was chosen for the first-ever Top Shop Web Award. The award recognizes both outstanding web design and the successful incorporation of web-based tools in the automotive repair and service aftermarket. The now annual competition is open to all independent automotive repair service centers throughout the U.S.

"The Top Shop Web Award confirms that the web has arrived as a mature, sophisticated business tool for the automotive repair and service aftermarket," said Gary Gunn, founder of Automotive Service Leaders and creator of The Top Shop Web Award. "It proves that online imagination and creativity can go hand-in-hand with profits and success in our industry," he added.

"It's an honor to be awarded the Top Shop on the Web Award. This is our first year with a web presence for RepairOne. We wanted our site to reflect the spirit behind the RepairOne brand. I must compliment the entire RepairOne team and Networking Magic for their continued effort in putting this site together," said Todd Hayes, RepairOne President.

Tom Jordan of Networking Magic, the site developer, added, "They knew exactly what they wanted; it was great to see it all come together and be part of such a professional business. This award also feels like ours."

The judges' comments were as follows: "RepairOne's site, www.repairone.com, is unlike any other automotive repair resource on the Web. It exudes personality with its web jingle and -- through full motion video and flash -- has an almost infectious spirit. But these elements don't get in the way of more goal-directed customers. The site is easy to navigate, whether you want to set an appointment, learn more about your car, or find the local service center. On the creative side, the site earns high points for visual design, interactivity, functionality and content. Strategically, the site reflects the RepairOne brand identity perfectly and raises the bottom line -- they announced best-ever April sales, while also posting best-ever first quarter sales. Traffic to the site increased to an all-time high in April."

"RepairOne is setting the standard for how the automotive repair and service business is being conducted both online and off," added Mr. Gunn.
