TROY, Mich., April 5 -- Delphi Corp. announces the new Delphi CD audio system is now available for $199.99 (MSRP) at select consumer electronics retailers. The Delphi unit is the industry's first "all- in-one" audio package that allows listeners to experience the benefits of the Delphi XM SKYFi satellite radio, AM/FM radio stations and CD/MP3 player capabilities.

The Delphi CD audio system allows listeners to experience XM Satellite Radio , including 68 channels of commercial free music through the Delphi XM SKYFi receiver (sold separately for $99.99 MSRP) and also receives AM/FM radio stations. Powered by an A/C adaptor or six D cell batteries for convenient portability, the Delphi system features a CD/MP3 player that can play CD/CDR/CD-RW and MP3 formatted CDs. The unit also has the ability to display the title of the song playing, name of the artist and the folder number on the LCD screen while playing MP3s.

Since its introduction eighteen months ago, the SKYFi receiver has been the best selling satellite radio in its class. Now Delphi offers this all-in- one unit to enhance the satellite radio user-experience with a product that is feature-rich and easy to use.
