AMERICAN SUZUKI UNVEILS NEWEST VEHICLE AT NEW YORK INTERNATIONAL AUTO SHOW

BREA, Calif. - (March 16, 2004) - American Suzuki Motor Corporation (ASMC) unveils its newest vehicle slated for production at the New York International Auto Show on Thursday, April 8 from 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m., at the American Suzuki booth (# 1215) at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center.

The new vehicle combines five-door functionality with European styling and an abundance of standard features, and is the fourth of nine new models Suzuki will introduce as the cornerstone of its 357 Plan to triple sales to 200,000 vehicles by 2007. The first three models introduced as part of Suzuki's five-year growth plan are the Verona midsize sedan, Forenza premium compact sedan and the Reno five-door crossover.
