Construction on TASUS Toyota Parts Plant Kicks Off March 18;

GEORGETOWN, Texas--March 10, 2004--TASUS Corporation officially marks the groundbreaking of its Georgetown manufacturing plant with a ceremony on Thursday, March 18. Construction on the plant is scheduled to begin in May and the plant is expected to be operational by January 2005. The plastic injection molding facility will supply parts to the Toyota truck plant being built in San Antonio. TASUS (pronounced TAH-sis) is the first Toyota parts supplier to move into the Central Texas area. Toyota is building a new plant in San Antonio that is set to open in 2006.

Japanese executives attending the event include Hidehiko Tajima, the president of Toyota Motor Manufacturing Texas, and TASUS Chairman Yasuyuki Ohara. (Mr. Ohara also serves as president of Tsuchiya Co. Ltd, which is the parent company of TASUS.)

Other dignitaries who plan to attend include Assistant Secretary of State Luis J. Saenz, Georgetown Mayor Gary Nelon, TASUS President Melanie Hart, and Susan Davenport, director of economic development for the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce.

Other representatives from TASUS Corp. headquarters in Bloomington, Indiana, as well as community and business leaders, will be in attendance. Georgetown-based singer Allie Danielle will sing the national anthem at the ceremony.

TASUS Texas is expected to create more than 200 jobs and add more than $8 million to the local economy in the next five years. The plant is scheduled for completion by the end of 2004 and will supply existing TASUS customers in the region as well as the Toyota plant.
