Merger of Fuel FX and Fuel FX International Creates New Opportunities

DALLAS--Feb. 24, 2004--Fuel FX, Inc. and Fuel FX International, Inc. announce the companies will merge and operate under the global moniker Fuel FX International, Inc. On Feb. 2, 20040, 2004, private investment group Fuel FX Industries, Inc. completed two acquisitions of Fuel FX majority stock ownership by Soil Savers, Inc. This transaction completes two shared objectives of Fuel FX and Soil Savers: aligning Fuel FX with its own dedicated management team and freeing up Soil Savers management to concentrate on its core business. New corporate headquarters for Fuel FX will be in San Diego.

Soil Savers Chairman Larry Johnson commented on the transaction: "Soil Savers, Inc. is very pleased with the divestiture of its holdings in Fuel FX, Inc. Soil Savers, Inc. decided that FY 2004 would be the time to focus on the core business of soil and water remediation. We know and feel confident that the new management team will do very well. We assure the stockholders that the sole focus of this group will be marketing the Fuel FX line of products."

Fuel FX International Chairman Erik Ulsteen stated: "The merger represents an exciting transition from planning to results.
