FleetPride Announces New Marketing Manager

THE WOODLANDS, Texas, Feb. 18, 2004 -- FleetPride, Inc., the nation's largest independent aftermarket distributor of heavy-duty truck parts, today announced the appointment of Melinda Riley to the new position of Marketing Manager for FleetPride.

Ms. Riley will be responsible for the development and coordination of FleetPride marketing programs and materials including advertising, sales promotion, communication and event marketing. She will also coordinate the new motorsports marketing program in conjunction with the company's associate sponsorship with Team Yellow Racing -- car #1 in the NASCAR Busch Series.

Riley joins FleetPride from Franchise Concepts, Inc., one of the largest franchisors of retail art & framing stores, where she was Director of Marketing for the Deck The Walls brand. Prior to this, she spent 18 years in the automotive industry working in marketing for APS, Inc./Big A Auto Parts.
