Fleetwood Entities Continuing Pursuit of Legal Action Against Coleman

New Judge to Rule on Fleetwood Entities' Motions for Reconsideration to Set Aside Current Temporary Court Order Rendered by Prior Judge

RIVERSIDE, Calif., Jan. 30 -- Fleetwood Enterprises, Inc. , the nation's leader in recreational vehicle sales and a leading producer and retailer of manufactured housing, announced today that, along with its subsidiary, Fleetwood Folding Trailers, Inc., it will continue to vigorously pursue legal action against The Coleman Company, Inc., and has filed a motion to modify the temporary injunction issued during August 2003. The motion, which will be heard on Friday, February 6, 2004, was filed in response to yesterday's announcement of a license agreement between The Coleman Company and Coachmen Industries.
