WHAT: What can be done to improve San Diego's traffic congestion? Developers, business leaders, transportation experts and elected officials will debate this tough challenge and possible solutions to an issue that affects our mood, quality of life, the ability to transport goods, and business productivity. WHO: The San Diego Association of Governments, Automobile Club of Southern California, San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce, Associated General Contractors of America, and the San Diego Regional Economic Development Corporation are hosting the transportation summit.
