Monaco Coach Corporation Receives RVDA Quality Circle Award

COBURG, Ore., Nov. 25, 2003 -- Monaco Coach Corporation announced that it will receive the Recreational Vehicle Dealer Association's (RVDA) Quality Circle Award. The award will be presented at the 41st Annual National RV Trade Show in Louisville, Kentucky, in early December.

Quality Circle award winners are determined by confidential dealer satisfaction index (DSI) ratings of manufacturers, conducted through a survey sponsored and compiled by RVDA. The survey considers performance in four major categories: products, sales, service and warranty support, and management.

According to Monaco Coach Corporation Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Kay L. Toolson, "This award is especially meaningful because it is bestowed upon our company by our dealer partners. Our never-ending goal is to provide the most desirable products and exceptional service, while earning the trust of our dealer partners and retail customers. We're very proud to accept this award, and we're focused on continuing to build upon our successful dealer relationships."

Headquartered in Coburg, Oregon, with additional manufacturing facilities in Indiana, Monaco Coach Corporation is one of the nation's leading manufacturers of recreational vehicles. The company offers customers luxury recreational vehicle models under the Monaco, Holiday Rambler, Safari, Beaver, McKenzie and Royale Coach brand names.
