--ATK is the second oldest continuously operating manufacturer of motorcycles in the United States. Having won several world and national racing titles over its 20-year history, ATK is known throughout the motorcycle industry for producing premier off-road motorcycles with a reputation for quality and innovation.

In September 2003, with the buyout of 480 tons of motorcycle and ATV parts from the now defunct Cannondale Motorsports Corp. (which had been ATK's only domestic competitor), ATK emerged as the sole manufacturer of dirt motorcycles in America.
