SUMMARY: As part of its effort to raise more than one million dollars

taking its cause to the big screen ... one of the biggest, most
watched screens in the world.
Ford continues its ongoing breast cancer awareness initiatives
with a special "Make it Big on Broadway" opportunity for
consumers to appear on the ABC JumboTron outside the ABC
studios in Times Square. A tax deductible donation to the
Susan G. Komen Foundation will allow supporters a rare
opportunity to see their face among the bright lights on
Broadway.
A set inside the ABC/Times Square Studios will overflow with
thousands of people waving, smiling, blowing kisses and
dancing, while the JumboTron outside will showcase all the fun
at the world's most famous intersection.
Ford's "Make it Big on Broadway" extravaganza is just one of
many breast cancer awareness efforts in which the automaker is
participating this month. For nearly a decade, Ford has been a
national sponsor of the Susan G. Komen Foundation, dedicating
more than $75 million toward breast cancer awareness and
education. This year, Ford teamed with designer Lilly Pulitzer
to create its 2003 breast cancer awareness scarf, which also
will be available at the Times Square event. The scarf is on
sale now with all net proceeds going to the Susan G. Komen
Foundation. After only a few weeks in stores, sales of the
scarf have exceeded all expectations.
