CMA Business Credit Services Appointed Assignee for Indian Motorcycle Corporation

BURBANK, Calif.--Oct. 1, 2003--Audax Group, the principal investor in Indian Motorcycle Corporation, announced today the assignment of the company's assets to CMA Business Credit Services of Burbank, California. CMA is the oldest general assignment firm in the U.S.

CMA's initial task is to seek a buyer for Indian Motorcycle Corporation who will continue to operate the company in order to preserve its assets.
