Finalists Announced for the Interior Motives: Student Design Awards 2003

LONDON, Sept. 5 -- The finalists for the Interior Motives: Student Design Awards 2003 have been selected. The entries -- received from students of transportation and product design courses from around the globe -- were evaluated by the prestigious Interior Motives: Student Design Awards 2003 judging panel, which compromises senior chief designers and executives from Jaguar Cars, Johnson Controls Inc., Nissan Motor DaimlerChrysler AG, Stile Bertone and Intier Automotive.

The finalists' designs will be shown and the winners announced at the Awards ceremony in the King Kamehameha Club in Frankfurt on the 10th September 2003. Top automotive personnel -- including automaker and supplier designers, senior management, and independent industrial designers and academics -- will be in attendance to meet the next generation of interior designers and congratulate the winners of the most outstanding interior design projects. Timed to coincide with IAA Frankfurt, the awards night will be a great chance to talk about the latest concept and production cars, and design trends in the automotive interior business.
