Moller International Opens Dialogue with Potential Asian Distributor Of Skycars(R)

DAVIS, Calif., July 31 -- Moller International has entered into negotiations with a company based in Taipei, Taiwan, for marketing and distribution rights of Moller International's M400 Skycar(R) and other products in certain specified Asian countries. If the negotiations are successful, Moller International would receive approximately US$17 million for the contract rights.

About Moller: Moller International was formed in 1983 and is the developer of the roadable Skycar(R), a four-person Vertical Takeoff and Landing Aircraft currently undergoing initial flight-testing. The Skycar(R) has the ability to provide an airborne alternative to 85% of the miles now traveled by automobiles.
