GM Japan, Mitsui recalling some Chevrolet imports

TOKYO July 13, 2003; Japan Today reported that General Motors Japan Ltd (GM Japan) and Mitsui & Co said Friday they will recall a total of 4,861 imported Chevrolet vehicles to fix defective door mirrors and brakes.

Subject to the recall are five Chevrolet-brand vehicles — the Astro, Blazer, Astro Tiara, Astro Starcraft and TrailBlazer. (Kyodo News)
