EagleRider, World's Largest Renter of Harley-Davidson Motorcycles, Opens First Locations in France

Company Expands European Locations With Rental Locations in Cannes and Antibes

LOS ANGELES, June 25 -- Employees at EagleRider, the world's largest renter of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, are getting used to saying "bonjour" in advance of the opening of the Company's new rental locations in Cannes and Antibes, France, that will open on July 4, 2003.

The new French connection has been established by Roger Harding, a former computer software executive in England. Harding, who recently moved to Cannes, is a dedicated motorcycle rider who was introduced to EagleRider when he rented a Heritage Softail in Las Vegas.

Harding said, "When my wife and I decided to move to Cannes, I asked myself what I wanted to do with the rest of my life. It hit me that Cannes and its neighbor, Antibes, would be excellent locations for EagleRider. In Cannes, we are convenient to the Nice airport and will provide complimentary transportation to our rental location. And we're right across the road from the Antibes train station."

Chris McIntyre, EagleRider president, said, "Our Cannes and Antibes rental locations will draw customers from all over Europe. A large percentage of the tourists who travel to Cannes from countries such as England, Germany, France and Italy are motorcycle enthusiasts who now will have the opportunity to tour the world-famous Cote d'Azur area on a variety of new Harley-Davidson models."

The two French locations increase EagleRider's presence in Europe to three. The other is in Malaga, Spain. The Cannes address is 40 Chemin du Perier, La Cannet, Cannes, 06110, and in Antibes, EagleRider is located at 46 Avenue Robert Soleau, Antibes 06600. The new locations will offer a full range of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, as well as EagleRider riding gear and merchandise. One-way rentals will be available between EagleRider France and its location in Spain.

Daily rental rates will range from $175-$210 per day, with reduced rates for longer-term rentals.

EagleRider, founded in 1992, has 29 locations worldwide. The Company has defined a unique niche in marketing the Adventure dream to domestic and international destination minded vacationers, business people and families. Many of the U.S. EagleRider locations now rent personal watercraft, ATV's and dirt bikes.
