National RV Holdings, Inc. Announces Election of Independent Director James Roszak to Its Board

PERRIS, Calif., June 16 -- National R.V. Holdings, Inc. announces the election of James B. Roszak as an independent member to the Company's Board of Directors.

Mr. Roszak was employed for 35 years by the Life Insurance Division of Transamerica Corporation, a financial services organization engaged in life insurance, commercial lending, leasing and real estate services, until his retirement as President of such division in June 1997. Mr. Roszak also served as interim Chief Executive Officer of Buy.com, an Internet retailer, from February 2001 through its sale in August 2001 and was a director of that Company from 1998 through the date of sale. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business with an emphasis in accounting from the University of Southern California. He serves on the Board of Trustees of Chapman University and is Chair of the Investment Committee. Previously he served as Chairman of the Independent Colleges of Southern California.

"The Company will not only benefit tremendously from Jim's deep business experience" stated Doy B. Henley, the Company's Chairman, "but the election of Jim will advance the goal of the Company to comply with next years proposed corporate governance requirements." Mr. Roszak replaces Director Neil Koffler, who served on the board for the past 10 years. At National RV's annual stockholders meeting, Mr. Henley was re-elected as a Class III director for an additional three-year term.

National RV Holdings, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of Class "A" motor homes.
