Keith Morris Appointed Exec VP at the SoftAd Group

    DEARBORN, Mich.--May 15, 2003--Keith Morris has been promoted to executive vice president of operations and customer service at The SoftAd Group, from his current position of vice president. According to SoftAd Founder and CEO Paula George Tompkins, "Keith's efforts have contributed greatly in expanding our relationship with Ford Motor Company. His knowledge and experience have benefited us greatly," she added.
    Mr. Morris' responsibilities include supervising the Detroit office, which under his management has grown from start-up status to more than 100 people. His credits include the coordination and management of several key SoftAd joint projects with Ford, among them, Ford's BuyerConnection, DealerConnection, OwnerConnection, and FleetConnection - the flagship components of Ford's Internet-based customer interaction initiatives.
    Prior to joining SoftAd, Mr. Morris spent 13 years in marketing and sales for the Ford and Lincoln-Mercury divisions of Ford Motor Company. He played an integral role in a special corporate project for in-dealer sales and service, and managed regional marketing activities, dealer operations, merchandising and district sales.
    Mr. Morris received a B.S. degree in commerce from the University of Virginia in 1982, and an MBA degree with a concentration in finance from the College of William and Mary in 1985.
