Household's Frank Mercer Joins Centrix Financial, LLC

CENTENNIAL, Colo., May 5 -- Centrix Financial, LLC, a financial and risk management firm, announced today that Frank Mercer, most recently Regional General Sales Manager at Household, has joined Centrix as Director of Sales and Marketing, Western Region. Mr. Mercer will be involved with management of Centrix's dealer representatives and sales in the Company's Southwest and Western Regions.

Mr. Mercer brings over 34 years of experience in sales management and financial services to Centrix. Most recently Mr. Mercer managed Household's 45 person sales staff in the Western US. During his nearly ten-year engagement with Household, Mr. Mercer served in a variety of senior management positions including Group Director of National Sales and Chief Credit Officer, the second-highest ranking executive in the company. Prior to joining Household, he managed the sales team and provided mortgage consulting services at Olympian Bancorp, served as Senior Vice President of Consumer Lending at Imperial Savings, provided mortgage brokering services at RFM Financial Services and was District Manager of eleven company offices for Melon Financial Services. Mr. Mercer was honorably discharged from the United States Air Force in 1968, at rank of Staff Sergeant.
