PACIFIC COAST MOTORSPORTS WEBSITE GOES LIVE

SANTA BARBARA, CALIF. (March 21, 2003) - Pacific Coast Motorsports announced
today the official team website (www.pacificcoastmotorsports.com) is now
operational.

The team website will be the complete source for information on Pacific
Coast Motorsports and its quest for the 2003 CART Toyota Atlantic
Championship. The website, designed and maintained by Macsystems, will
provide both the general public and the media with the resources to keep up
to date with the team and driver Alex Figge’s performances.

Based in Santa Barbara, Calif., Pacific Coast Motorsports is a newly formed
team contesting its first season in the CART Toyota Atlantic Championship.
Running one-car, the team features a wealth of Atlantic experience. The goal
from inception, to be a top quality team focused on winning, rather than
making financial gains.

The CART Toyota Atlantic Championship is the top rung in CART's "ladder
system". The Atlantic Championship features 250 horsepower open-wheel race
cars capable of 175 mph, racing on a variety courses. The ideal training
ground for the future stars of motorsport, Atlantic Championship alumni
includes Michael Andretti, Patrick Carpentier, Bobby Rahal, Danny Sullivan,
Alex Tagliani, Jimmy Vasser and Jacques Villeneuve. The Atlantic
Championship receives worldwide media coverage and has a prize fund in
excess of one million dollars.

Pacific Coast Motorsports begins the 2003 season, with the season-opening
Tecate Telmex Grand Prix Presented by Herdez at Fundidora Park in Monterrey,
Mexico, March 21-23.
