American Motorcycle Corporation Signs Joint-Venture Agreement with Performance Cycle

    WEBSTER, N.Y--March 21, 2003--American Motorcycle Corporation (Pink Sheets:AMCYV) has entered into a joint-venture agreement with Performance Cycle, also of Webster, N.Y.
    The two companies partnered in a sales expo at the 63rd annual Bike Week celebration held in Daytona Beach, Florida from February 28th to March 9th, 2003.
    Performance Cycle purchased American Quantum Motorcycles formerly of Melbourne, Florida. American Quantum once traded publicly on the American Stock Exchange.
