Scope Industries Acquires J. Bravo Engineering and Changes Name to 'American Motorcycle Company'

    WEBSTER, N.Y.--March 14, 2003--Scope Industries, Inc., an Idaho corporation (formerly 'SPIN'), announced that it completed the acquisition of J. Bravo Engineering, Inc., a Delaware corporation specializing in manufacture and sale of custom motorcycles, in a stock-for-stock exchange and merger on November 27, 2002.
    The closing of the merger resulted in the name change to American Motorcycle Corporation (OTC Pink Sheet symbol 'AMCYV').
    Further, the Company has withdrawn from the Depository Trust Company and has prohibited the issuance of shares in the names of CEDE & Company and the Securities Depository of Canada OD, and CDS, Inc.
    American Motorcycle Corporation is in the business of custom fabrication sales and service of high-end motorcycles. "We are extremely confident that being a public company will help us raise additional capital for the continued expansion of our business", said Dennis Giunta, the Company's newly-elected CEO.
    The Company's new stock symbol is AMCYV.
