Subaru Partners With The National Sports Network To Provide Vehicles For A Nationwide Tour



                 - Subaru Baja to serve as official vehicle -

    CHERRY HILL, N.J., Jan. 24 -- Subaru of America, Inc. (SOA) a
pioneer of crossover all-wheel drive vehicles designed for the active
lifestyle driver, today announced the feature partner arrangement with The
National Sports Network (NSN).  As a feature partner, Subaru's 2003 Baja will
act as the official vehicle for the calendar year.
    Under the terms of the agreement, Subaru will provide the NSN and its
affiliate magazines, including Competitor, Windy City Sports and Rocky
Mountain Sports, a total of 20 Subaru Baja's.  Through a nationwide tour,
known as the "Baja Endurance Tour," consumers can enter to win a three-year
lease on a Subaru Baja Sport, Dagger Kayaks, a Gary Fischer bike, Nike ACG
Shoes, and many more.  The sweepstakes will solicit entries with forms
distributed on site at NSN athletic events as well as a special Web site
linked to all NSN magazine sites.
