BMW To Raise Car Prices By Around 1.5% From March

MUNICH December 20, 2002; Dow Jones reports that Bayerische Motoren Werke AG said today that it plans to raise vehicle prices by an average of 1.5% starting in March.

The price hike is routine and in line with past increases, said spokesman Andreas Sauer.

The German luxury carmaker also unveiled the prices for its new Z4 sports car, which is to start at EUR32,500, and two new versions of the small 3-Series.
