AIRPRO HOLDINGS ACQUIRES AAI/CLARDY
 
MESQUITE, TX-December 12, 2002-AIRPRO Holdings Inc. has acquired certain
assets of Automotive Air International (AAI) and Clardy Manufacturing
certain assets of Automotive Air International (AAI) and Clardy
Manufacturing. The addition of these assets and many of AAI's employees
will enhance AIRPRO as a major supplier to the International automotive
customers. "We are very fortunate to have several key people of AAI join
our team", said Steve McKenney, president and CEO of AIRPRO. "They bring
strengths that will round out our capabilities. We are excited about the
additional values we can now share with our customers."
 
AIRPRO Holdings is a subsidiary of Frozen Food Express Industries of
Dallas, Texas. AIRPRO, established in 1986, specializes in providing air
conditioning parts, units and special application services to the
Automotive Bus, Heavy Duty Truck and Off Road Industries. AIRPRO
operates from its 102,000 square feet. Mesquite headquarters with OWENS
Compressors Plus, its sister company.
