Car and Driver Magazine Launches Syndicated Radio Show

ANN ARBOR, Mich., Nov. 18 -- Car and Driver, the world's largest automotive enthusiast magazine, is expanding its reach with a new radio program to be syndicated across the United States. The new Car and Driver radio show will be hosted by award-winning veteran Alan Taylor.

"Our new radio program will expand our automotive coverage immensely," said Csaba Csere, Editor in Chief of Car and Driver magazine. "We're excited about Alan joining the Car and Driver family as he brings a wealth of automotive and radio expertise to listeners. This latest addition rounds out our editorial offerings to include the magazine, our television show, the website and now radio. This really is a complete package for the automotive enthusiast."

Csere said that Car and Driver is setting up a studio in their Ann Arbor editorial headquarters so that Alan can stay close to the editorial staff, as well as have access to the latest product reviews, opinions, and editorial features.

According to Taylor, "We promise to take listeners for some exciting rides covering new product reviews. Being close to Detroit, we'll have great access to onsite interviews, and provide reports from auto shows and events around the globe."

The program will be broadcast in many major radio markets and will begin airing in December, after which a complete broadcast schedule will be available at www.caranddriver.com .
