His other positions at Coleman included regional sales manager, national accounts manager, managing director for Australian Coleman and director of marketing for Coleman International.

Marsh also started with Coleman in 1970, and had been promoted to regional sales manager by 1973. Other positions he held with Coleman include marketing and national accounts manager, director of dealer development and national sales manager. At the time of the Fleetwood acquisition, Marsh was vice president -- sales and marketing for Coleman Recreation Vehicles. Fleetwood named him director -- sales and marketing of its new folding trailer division, a position he held until this promotion. Marsh, a Pennsylvania native, holds a bachelor of science in psychology/natural science from the University of Pittsburgh.

"The folding trailer division, which manufactures under the Coleman brand name, has been a consistently superior performer for Fleetwood," said Edward B. Caudill, president and chief executive officer. "Pat's contributions have been invaluable and Fleetwood was fortunate that he chose to continue his leadership when we acquired the company that he ran so efficiently. While we will miss Pat, we are privileged to have Larry available to move into his position. They have worked side by side for many years, and we expect the transition to be seamless."
