MONTVALE, N.J., Oct. 29 -- Fresh from the catwalks of Mercedes-Benz FashionWeek, Mercedes-Benz USA (MBUSA) has launched The Collection personal accessory line for Fall which features for the first time exclusive weekend wear created by couture designer Anne Bowen. While the catalog includes perennial accessory favorites, it has been tailored with a glossy highly stylized look and 75 percent of the items are new.

"Fashion and personal style have been hallmarks of the Mercedes-Benz brand throughout its history. Our goal is to offer our customers stunning style for all Mercedes-Benz products," said Dave Schembri, vice president of marketing for MBUSA. "Beyond offering tailored personal and automotive accessories for our individual model lines, we're also acknowledging that there's an enormous amount of aspiration for the Mercedes-Benz brand that can be displayed through our many non-automotive products."

The Anne Bowen Exclusively for Mercedes-Benz limited edition travel collection ($400) includes a weekend tote, cosmetic case and purse fashioned out of lush vicuna cashmere and exquisite pebbled chocolate leather -- a perfect match with the luxurious super-soft silk/cashmere blend running suit set ($300) complete with shell, jacket and pant. The ensemble is a must-have for today's sophisticated traveler.

In addition to accessing The Collection online at http://www.theCollection.MBUSA.com, where visitors can browse over 300 Mercedes-Benz personal accessory products, a complimentary catalog can be ordered by calling 1-800-FOR-MERCEDES or by visiting a local Mercedes-Benz retailer.

Other new items featured in the Fall catalog include some that would be nicely featured on wishlists to Santa: the unique ski bobsled ($85) for ages three and up to the Limited Edition CL Snowboard ($495) for older kids or even dad. Items are available in a wide range of prices -- from a brushed twill Mercedes-Benz cap ($15) to a G-Class Desk Clock ($75) to various leather goods such as a women's city tote ($200).
