SAE Detroit Section to Introduce 2003 Nissan 350Z at September 24 Dinner

    DETROIT--Aug. 21, 2002--The Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) Detroit Section will introduce the new 2003 Nissan 350Z at its September 24 dinner meeting at Burton Manor, Livonia.
    The new 350Z represents nothing less than the birth of a totally new car-one that blends Nissan's sports car tradition with cutting edge technology and fresh design, said Jed Connelly, Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Nissan North America. The heart of the 2003 350Z, like all Zs since the 1970 Datsun 240Z, is the powertrain. Jack Collins, Vice President, Product Planning, Nissan North America, Ajay Panchal, Designer, Nissan Design America and Kazutoshi Mizuno, Chief Vehicle Engineer, Nissan Motor Company will detail the new 350Z at the SAE Detroit Section's dinner meeting.
    The evening's social hour will begin at 5:30 pm, followed by dinner at 6:30 and presentation at 7:30. Burton Manor is located at 2777 Schoolcraft Rd. in Livonia.
