RouteOne Big Three Joint Credit Company Names Core Executive Team

SOUTHFIELD, Mich., July 9 -- RouteOne, a joint venture established in April 2002 to develop an online credit application management system, announced its core executive team today. According to Mike Jurecki, president and chief executive officer of RouteOne, the team includes Michael P. Webster, chief operating officer, Mary C. Cunningham, chief financial officer, Joel R. Gruber, chief information officer, and Daniel J. Doman, general counsel.

RouteOne is a collaborative effort by DaimlerChrysler Services, Ford Motor Credit Company, General Motors Acceptance Corporation and Toyota Financial Services.

The joint venture will provide automobile dealers with the ability to send credit application information to and receive credit decisions from, multiple finance sources, including OEM captive finance companies, banks and other financial institutions, via a single web site.

Webster has worked in the automotive and communications industries for more than 20 years. He most recently served as president of Young & Rubicam's Detroit office. Prior to that, he was the COO of Ross Roy Communications, an account executive at Sandy Corporation, and a manager at Al Serra Chevrolet.

Cunningham has more than 25 years experience with General Motors. She began her career with GM's Service Parts Operations in 1976. She later transferred to GMAC, moving through the ranks to her most recent position as treasurer and comptroller of GMAC of Canada, Limited.

Gruber has worked in the Information Technology field for nearly 20 years. He started with Chrysler (now DaimlerChrysler), as a programmer/analyst, moving through various assignments with Chrysler Information Systems, to his most recent position as senior applications systems manager at DaimlerChrysler Services.

Doman has extensive legal experience, including more than 10 years as an attorney for Ford Motor Credit Company. Doman's areas of practice include e-commerce, litigation and consumer financing and leasing transactions. Prior to joining Ford, Doman spent 10 years with General Mills and Chrysler as a financial analyst.
