Ad Rent a Car Group Acquired

ENGLEWOOD, Colo., July 5 European Day Spa & Tanning Salon Company Inc. (Pink Sheets: EUDY) announced the acquisition of the assets and operations of AD RENT A CAR LIMITED, a United Kingdom private limited company; ADVERTISEMENT RENT A CAR, S.L., a Spanish limited liability company; and EASY RENT A CAR, S.A., a Spanish corporation; collectively referred to as AD RENT A CAR GROUP. The companies were acquired for an aggregate total of 6,000,000 shares of the common stock of European Day Spa & Tanning Salon Company, Inc. The transaction was effective June 28, 2002. AD RENT A CAR GROUP provides advertising to its customers by offering automobiles wrapped in the advertisers chosen logo or promotion. The cars are then rented to consumers and businesses at rates well below the industry average, enabling the advertisers to spread their image throughout specific geographic areas without the restrictions normally found in other outdoor mediums.
