WHO: Lead Riders from NYC Fire, Police and EMS Departments and WTC Miracles Foundation Officials to roll out the motorcycles they'll be riding across the country ... at inauguration of "America's Ride" WHAT: A million motorcycle ride from California to New York and Washington DEDICATED TO THE MEMORIES OF THOSE KILLED ON 9/11 WHERE: SEPTEMBER SPACE 520 8TH Ave, N.Y.C. May 15, 2002 BGRND: The World Trade Center Miracles Foundation is working to establish endowments that meet the needs of families who lost loved ones in the 9/11 attacks. "America's Ride" is a 10-day motorcycle ride across the United States in memory of those killed on 9/11. Its goal is to raise funds to aid the financial recovery of those who lost loved ones in the attacks. The ride will depart San Diego on September 2, 2002 and arrive in New York City, Washington DC and Pennsylvania on the anniversary of the attack.
