Ford Extends Incentives

DEARBORN, Mich., April 5, 2002 – Ford has extended zero-percent financing on 36-month contracts for most 2002 Ford brand cars, trucks, SUVs and minivans through May 1, 2002.

Financing rates continue to be available on 48-month contracts at 2.9 percent and 60-month contracts at 3.9 percent.

As an alternative to the financing option, up to $2,500 customer cash also will continue to be offered on Ford brand vehicles. Ford Thunderbird and SVT products are excluded. The current program, previously scheduled to expire April 8, 2002 is being extended in lieu of other marketing programs.
