AAA TourBooks Profiles of International Destinations, Cities and Ports of Call Featured

    HOUSTON--Feb. 20, 2002--With leisure travel planning increasing monthly, AAA Texas's new online international travel reports will help consumers do their research and then enjoy the sights.
    AAA Texas has added Weissmann Travel Reports to its Web site travel home page -- aaa-texas.com/travel. AAA Texas' members now will have access to useful information about major international destinations, cities and ports of call using simple point-and-click category searches. Tourist sites and cultural details are available for more than 50 major cities.
    "The online foreign travel reports complement our domestic online AAA TourBook(R) content," said George L. Clarke, general manager of AAA Texas. "Whether it's Europe, Asia or Africa, the Weissmann Travel Reports offer comprehensive information on foreign destinations around the world."
    Twenty-four hour, seven day a week access to information about 150 foreign countries, descriptive city profiles, trip itineraries with weather trends and best times to visit are included, Clarke added. The travel reports are updated monthly and are in a printable format for offline reading.
