Honda recalling 4,635 Mobilio minivans

TOKYO — Honda Motor Co said Friday it is recalling 4,635 units of its Mobilio minivan for free repairs to its seatbelt system.

According to a report submitted by the automaker to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, the seat-belt fitting of the right-hand seat on the second row of seats was not welded correctly on some vehicles and could break if strong pressure is applied. (Kyodo News)
