ProcessClaims Renews Unitrin Property and Casualty Group Contract with 3-Year Partnership Agreement

    REDONDO BEACH, Calif.--Jan. 7, 2002-- ProcessClaims, the first claims solutions provider to facilitate open architecture claims processing via the Internet, announced today that Unitrin Specialty Lines Insurance has renewed its partnership agreement with ProcessClaims. The new 3-year agreement encompasses Financial Indemnity's and Charter Insurance's continued utilization of ProcessClaims' industry leading web-based claims management solution to electronically manage the claims process for field appraisers, collision repair partners, independent appraisers and other associated partners.
