MotorVac Adds Cornwell as a New Distributor

    SANTA ANA, Calif.--Dec. 20, 2001--MotorVac Technologies Inc. has announced that Cornwell Tools Inc. will now distribute its full line of products, along with other select tool dealers and automotive equipment suppliers.
    Cornwell will greatly expand MotorVac's dealer network and will provide end-user customers with much more convenience to purchase MotorVac equipment, detergents and service kits.
    MotorVac is a leader in the design, manufacturing and marketing of professional fluid system maintenance and diagnostic equipment. Its products are primarily focused on the automotive repair industry, including heavy-duty fleet and industrial applications.
