Unicor, Inc. Selects Corcentric to Develop eCommerce Trading Exchange

    MCLEAN, Va.--Sept. 6, 2001--In a joint announcement made today, Unicor, Inc. has reached a commitment with Corcentric to create a proprietary electronic commerce eHub trading community.
    Corcentric's private trading exchange will allow Unicor members to communicate electronically with all of Unicor's primary suppliers in the automotive aftermarket. Unicor's major suppliers include Federal-Mogul , Tenneco Automotive , Goodyear Tire & Rubber (NSYE:GT) and Visteon Corp. . The Unicor trading exchange is projected to be operational in the fourth quarter of this year.
