Update for NHTSA Test of Majestic's SAFE-T-BAR School Bus Restraint

Majestic VP Clayton Chase Interviewed on 'Your Money' WRMN Business Talk Radio
                                  In Chicago

SAN DIEGO, Aug. 22 Majestic SAFE-T-PRODUCTS, Ltd., a
wholly-owned subsidiary of The Majestic Companies, Ltd.,
(OTC Bulletin Board: MJXC) announced today that the NHTSA (National Highway
Transportation Safety Administration) sanctioned test of its SAFE-T-BAR school
bus occupant restraint, which had originally been scheduled to occur in the
mid August time frame, has been rescheduled to take place in mid to late
September.

The rescheduling of the test was necessary due to the fact that a portion
of the testing apparatus supplied by NHTSA was delayed in getting to the
testing site. Dr. Steven Rosenthal, President and COO of The Majestic
Companies, Ltd. stated "We are anxious to get this crash test completed as
soon as possible. It is our understanding that due to the new school year
starting up, the bus seats NHTSA had purchased for the test were temporarily
back ordered. We have been informed that all the necessary equipment is now on
site at TRC's facilities, and the test will be completed as scheduled with no
further delays. As we have previously stated, good results from this test
-- which we fully expect -- will push the SAFE-T-BAR into several major
markets that have been anxiously waiting for this data." Both Dr. Rosenthal
and Adrian Corbett, the inventor of the SAFE-T-BAR, will be on site as
observers during all phases of the upcoming test.
