IBSS & Silenus Group Forge Strategic OEM Agreement

Silenus Group Integrates IBSS Synapse Technology for Manufacturers to
Improve Real-Time Coordination and Collaboration with Supply Chain Partners

portion of the supply chain, today announced a strategic OEM agreement with
Silenus Group.  According to the terms of the agreement, Silenus Group will
use IBSS' Synapse technology to create Silenus Group's new enterprise
inventory management product called Tracking in a Box.  Silenus Group's new
Synapse-based product enables manufacturers to track products and achieve
real-time coordination and collaboration among all participants in the
entire enterprise, including supply chain partners.  Earlier this year,
Silenus Group joined IBSS' Integrator Referral/Reseller Program.

Silenus Group works with manufacturers such as General Motors, Nissan, Ford,
and Venture Industries. The Michigan-based company also works with
corporations in the furniture, state government, roofing and retailing
sectors.
