Hays Announces Engine-To-Transmission Adapter

Cleveland, Ohio (July 2001) This engine-to-transmission adapter, part number 77-325, allows the use of a GM Muncie, Richmond/BW T-10 or popular Jerico transmission to be used with a 273-360 SB Mopar engine. Made from .250" thick hydroformed steel for extra strength, it is ideal for street rods, street machines and oval track applications where the use of an SFI-approved bellhousing is not required. Another advantage of steel compared to the stock aluminum bellhousing is that it allows for easier welding of brackets etc. that are usually required when doing engine swaps. This engine-to-transmission adapter is NOT a safety bellhousing. It does not include nor accept a block plate, and does NOT meet SFI specifications.
