Save The World Air Provides Update Concerning Company Activities

    SAN DIEGO--June 29, 2001--Save The World Air Inc. (OTC: ZERO) today provided an update regarding the company's recent activities and disclosed the present status of its business operations as it prepares for the eventual manufacturing and distribution of its Zero Emission Fuel Saving (ZEFS) device.
    In a statement issued by the company, it was revealed that STWA has, over the past several months, endeavored to address several critical areas relative to its operations, including an effort to expand the breadth and scope of the company's executive level management team and Board composition. It was reported that STWA is now finalizing the selection of several personnel to occupy key positions within the firm and who will oversee the areas of company operations, finance, research and testing, product manufacturing, licensing, and international product distribution. Formal announcement of these personnel selections is anticipated in the near future.
    With regard to the specific area of product testing, the company reported that it has been actively engaged in securing independent scientific laboratory testing and evaluation of the ZEFS device and its ability to reduce automobile emissions and to enhance fuel efficiency. The company is now in the process of finalizing its review of the report submitted by a testing laboratory recognized by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and plans to submit the results of these tests, along with other pertinent information to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, as part of its ongoing efforts to secure re-listing. The company also announced that it has recently concluded negotiations with a licensed firm to serve as the principle Market Maker for the company and anticipates that it will make application for re-listing on the OTC Bulletin Board shortly.
    Concerning the areas of manufacturing and distribution, the company disclosed that it is continuing with its efforts to secure manufacturing agreements for the ZEFS product and also remains engaged in the ongoing process of identifying potential markets for its device through the development of licensing agreements with both independent and governmental entities around the world.
