Visteon to Supply Interior Systems for PSA Peugeot Citroen

SAO PAULO, Brazil, May 30 Visteon Corporation
today announced it will supply interior systems for PSA Peugeot Citroen of
Brazil, S.A. Visteon's South American Operations will provide interior
systems for two vehicles, the Peugeot 206 and Citroen Xsara Picasso.

The instrument panels for both vehicles and the center console for the
Citroen Xsara Picasso, will be manufactured at Visteon's Arbor plant in
Guarulhos, Brazil.

"We are pleased to be a part of PSA Peugeot Citroen's supplier base," said
Helio Contador, Visteon's Vice President and General Manager, South America.
"Visteon is committed to helping our customer bring new products to the South
American market."

Visteon designed the Citroen Xsara Picasso's center console together with
PSA Peugeot Citroen to meet the needs of the Brazilian consumer's desire for
quicker, more targeted cooling to the back seat -- a "must" in the region's
hot climate and new to the region's marketplace. The Visteon-manufactured
instrument panel also appeals to the consumer's preference for softer, more
elegant automotive interiors. The instrument panel actually feels softer to
the touch and incorporates a seamless airbag.

The Citroen Xsara Picasso, which is the first PSA Peugeot Citroen vehicle
produced in Brazil, is expected to go on sale in the spring of 2001, according
to Citroen. The vehicle will compete in the minivan segment of the automotive
market.

Further demonstrating its capabilities as a global player, Visteon began
supplying the Peugeot 206 with instrument panels for Argentina in September
2000 and for Brazil in April 2001.
