Joe Nemechek, No. 33Oakwood Homes Chevrolet Monte Carlo (ran his No. 87 Cellular One Pontiac GrandPrix in the NAPA 300 Busch Series race and finished 32nd. Teammate, Randy LaJoie, won the race in hisNo. 7 Kleenex Pontiac):

“It wasjust like the thrill of victory and the agony of defeat. You know we werehooked to run one-two, but Matt Kenseth (No. 17) just had a heck of a runbehind us. I tried to keep him behindus, but he just had a little bit too much momentum. But we got one of these cars in victory lane. I hired him (Randy LaJoie) ‘cause he canwin. And he’s going to win some moreraces this year.”
