Ultra Motorcycle Co. Receives Excellence Award From Easyriders Magazine

    MIRA LOMA, Calif.--Feb. 13, 2001--Ultra Motorcycle Co. (OTCBB:UMCC)("UMC")(www.ultracycles.com) announced that its rigid frame Fat Pounder motorcycle was honored by Easyriders Magazine (AMEX:EZR) with the Best Performance Bike of the Year award, at Easyriders V-Twin industry trade show held in Cincinnati on Feb. 4, 2001.
    Dave Nichols of Easyriders Magazine handed out the V-Twin Excellence Awards, which covered 12 different categories honoring industry manufacturers for their achievements. The Fat Pounder's competition included Harley-Davidson's Buell Lightning X-1, Big Dog's Prosport and Confederate's Hellcat Roadster.
    Easyriders found that compared with other hybrid performance motorcycles, stock Fat Pounders have been running the best quarter-mile elapsed times on the Teresi Dyno Drags, with low 10-second times.
    The award was accepted on behalf of UMC by Robert Norfleet, owner of Norfleet Motorsports, UMC's dealer in Richmond, Va.
