Computer Industry Veteran and Pioneer Joe DiNucci Joins Sextant Technologies' Board of Advisors

SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Jan. 29 Sextant Technologies, Inc. is
pleased to announce the addition of computer industry veteran and pioneer Joe
DiNucci as a member of its Board of Advisors. Sextant Technologies, Inc. is a

Technologies is the creator of mycarmyway(TM).
DiNucci brings to Sextant Technologies more than 29 years' experience in
the computer industry (over 20 of those years in Silicon Valley).
"Joe is not only an entrepreneur, start-up expert, Silicon Valley veteran
and truly one of the great thinkers and strategists for emerging technologies,
he's a real car guy," says Michael Uzelac, President and CEO of Sextant
Technologies, Inc. "We're thrilled to have him lead our Board of Advisors and
have him as an active participant on our team."
DiNucci spent two years helping to reorganize the products company
formerly known as Asymetrix into the e-learning powerhouse, now called
click2learn.com. Prior to click2learn.com, he recruited the initial sales
force and the first customers for E.piphany, Inc., a leadership firm in
Customer Relationship Management.
Prior to this, DiNucci spent five years at Silicon Graphics, Inc. (SGI) as
Vice President of Marketing where he led the company into dominance of CAD/CAM

technologies to train 5,000 people worldwide on SGI's new products, in one-
sixth the time and one-tenth the cost of traditional training. He also ran
the systems business for MIPS Computer Systems, producing the only profitable
quarters in the company's history. He initiated the dialog with Microsoft
that resulted in the MIPS R4000 being used as the development platform for
Windows NT. He also spent 17 years at Digital Equipment Corporation.
DiNucci serves on the Board of Directors of click2learn.com, Inc., and of
Rand Technologies in Toronto. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical
Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master's degree in Business
