Yazaki North America Returns for its Second Year as an Official Sponsor Of the North American International Auto Show

    CANTON, Mich., Jan. 9 Yazaki North America, Inc. (YNA), a
Tier One supplier and a leading provider of vehicle power and data solutions
to the automotive industry, announced today that it will be returning as an
official show sponsor for the North American International Auto Show (NAIAS)
2001.  NAIAS 2001 will be taking place at Cobo Center in Detroit from
January 13-January 21, 2001.

automotive events," said Nigel Thompson, executive vice president for planning
for YNA.  "Our participation reflects not only our integral involvement in

    YNA's exhibit will again be located on the Cobo Center Main Concourse just
outside the Macomb entrance to the show floor.  This year's exhibit will
display YNA's existing technology as well as new trends in technology that the
company is developing for tomorrow's automobile.
