Yale Materials Handling - Michigan, Inc., Achieves Dealer of Excellence Award

    WIXOM, Mich., May 17 Yale Materials Handling - Michigan,
Inc., an industrial equipment distributor representing Yale Materials Handling
Corporation, has earned Yale's Dealer of Excellence award.  The award is the
highest honor in the annual Challenge of Excellence program, which recognizes
dealer performance in general management, truck sales, short-term rental,
aftermarket sales, and parts and service operations.  There are currently 45
Yale dealers with 176 locations throughout the United States.
    Steven W. Greenawalt, President of Yale Materials Handling - Michigan,
Inc., was one of fourteen Yale lift truck dealers nationwide to be named a
1999 Dealer of Excellence.  Yale Materials Handling - Michigan, Inc., the

dealerships in Muskegon, Grand Rapids, Battle Creek, Saginaw, Sterling
